The overall length of this Herb Cutter (also known as a Mezaluna blade) is 135mm.
Simply turn 2 handles or knobs of identical design and fix them to the shafts on the blade. Used in a rocking motion on a cutting board this extremely sharp blade makes very short work of finely cutting all the herbs used in the kitchen.
